hi

ok get yourself a set of clocks, and check all the fuses on the board as there could be more than one blown, so check them all !also take the chip out and all the wire and clean off all the solder you put on it with a solder sucker or solder brade. If you find the fuse/s that are blown solder a wire bridge over them and also check that you haven't moved any of the restors when you put the soldering iron near them if you find the fuse it should work if not look for a second hand ps2 and use the laser out of the one you tosted and take the magic 3 and burn it then get yourself a duo as they are a lot easer to install and a far better chip
