Have nobeodey thew same problems with this game ?

Can anybody tell me How I must Install this Games and the patches from Gamecopy ?

I want to play this games but i can start the games and i see the Intro but when the Title menu arrives i can*t make any changes ?

i hope you can understand my English and you can help me
