Just ripped marvel vs capcom now what????

Ok i recently got a coders cable and ripped m vs c. After it was done i have 1 file named track03.iso after i extracted it. The track03.iso is 111 minutes long. Obviously I cant burn it to cd so what do i do next. I have read ALOT of this and I am confused about what to do next. I know I need to make it SB somehow and i need to downsize it. But i dont know how. I have all the Self-Boot tools and other ripping programs I just need someone to explain it to me. Any help would be appreciated.
