crack mischief
i did the exact same thing as you; i had to re-install the game and then ONLY install the deviance fixes. if you backed up the original files that the other, stupid fixes replace then put them back and you're fine, but if you just over-wrote them, you'll have to re-install.
again, ONLY use the deviance fixes. |

loader
glad i helped your initial problem.... and i know what you're talkinga bout with the stupid splinter-cell loader....
if you noticed, the files you replaced with the fixes are the executables to the different game-modes, themselves. venture into your "offline/system" directory and make a shortcut to "splintercell2.exe"; that's the single-player game (hence offline). likewise, make a shortcut to your online/system "shadowstrike" .exe -- that's the executable for the multiplayer version. run either of these shortcuts to directly load either game, bypassing the loader (which is a stupid waste of space, IMO) -johnny5 |

It still loads the loader on the way out though. Even if you use ALT-F4 to quit. Back to desktop and then LOADING the loader.
Better than nothing I guess. |

This is what I did.. Install clean Pandora Tomorrow.
Apply official 1.1 patch Download (these are the names from Gam€*********, I do not know the names GCW uses) SPLINTER CELL: PANDORA TOMORROW v1.0 [ENGLISH] FIXED EXE (1.31MB) SPLINTER CELL: PANDORA TOMORROW v1.1 [ENGLISH] NO-CD/FIXED EXE (1.21MB) Use the Splintercell2.exe file from the 1.0 nocd, and and all the files from the 1.1 nocd (remember to put the files in the correct folders!). That way both multiplayer & singleplay should start-up fine with no cd nags. Works for me anyway. Update: - I think its: http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/dl.cgi?dev-sptg!rar http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/dl.cgi?dev-sptf!rar Which are the equivilent downloads from GCW.
