How can i copy VMU game CD

Hi,

I've downloaded many VMU game. And i don't know how can i write it to cd.
There are two types of file one (.vmi) and one (.vms) for every game. I will need both?! Can I simply drop them to the CD root directory?

these are probly game saves, not actual games...

No, are not. I play with them with VMU emulator on my PC.
Only need you give the (.vms) file name and its run.
