I want to patch vanishing point

I want to patch VP with the trainerpatch I have downloaded, but the problem is my CDR-Win version can not make an image of my backup(because there are audio tracks first, and then data tracks on the disc), with Diskjuggler I can not create BIN-files. Could it be that I need a newer version of CDR-Win or is there another Program with which I can create BIN files.

you can patch the .CDI file without any problem. did it whilst trying to get the game to work on a european DC, if you know of any pal patch let me know..

It boots , plays movie and then hangs at "Accessing Data" screen, any ideas..
