Unhappy Avi or Mpeg to Video_ts

Hello!! can enyone tell me how to transform an Avi-divx or Mpeg format to Video_ts format to burn it then on a DvD please??? Is this possible??? Thanks!!!

first you should convert the avi & mpeg1 files to mpeg2 with TMPGEncoder , then make the dvd from the mpeg2 file with TMPGEnc DVD Author or ulead dvd movie factory.

I think the new version of ulead dvd movie factory will do the convert job (avi->mpeg2) but it's too big for me to download (100MB), so I can't confirm it.

I have Ulead DVD movie factory and I can convert some but not all types of AVI's strate to dvd format Divx being one of them
I onley tryed it once but it worked fine with no notaseable loss in qualty

ive had the same one for about a year now so if theres a new one it might be better
