That would suck REALLY bad if this proposal passes, I would vote NO WAY because this would cause the freedom of privacy to go down, just because of 9/11 Bush thinks that he can be "king" of America and spy on everyone. I would not use the web or anything anymore if this was the case cuz, the FBI might get sue happy and decide to come after me for something i say.
