different loader types

okay you are geting your info mixed up, there are currently 3 loaders. they are AC loader 1.3, AC loader 1.4 and Starcube Loader 1.0 that you might need. each one of those loaders will do different things. eg. AC Loader 1.3 could play Mario KartD while AC Loader 1.4 cant. Ac Loader 1.4 support more games than loader 1.3. Starcube Loader 1.0 could save games better than the other loaders.

as for the Phoenix, its like a all in 1 program, its pretty much a GUI for the AC Loader 1.3 and AC Loader 1.4. It also comes with a tool that allow you to backup your games.

PSOL or PSUL are the programs you use to load up the AC Loader 1.3, 1.4/Starcube loader 1.0 .dol files.
