T3 no video problem

I've used Enigmah Video Selector v2 before and it worked like a charm. But i thought EvoX had the capabilities of changing the xbox's region from the settings under System Utilities?
I've tried changing it to NTSC-US, NTSC-JAP and Auto, but the video still doesn't show for my original NTSC games.
