sorry, I don't have this game yet, so I can't tell you the size of disks.
disk2 will load to the game menu like disk1 and you should start game from your last disk1 save. there's a note about swap point in that rip guide, in certain point in disk1, you should save your game and then load disk2 and continue from that point.
