This NEC DVD/CD recorder is available for $100.00.

Sounds good on paper.

Anyone have any experience with it?

I have one... tried it for the first time today, worked flawless! I havn't heard a bad word about this burner, and as u said, 100$ for a 8x burner?! CHEAP!
