ok...similiar situation, i'm too using us browser and i'm on freeserve.
i used q3 copy (think its us vers??)
right first of all nothing was happening, changed dns, 0 0 0 0, didn't work. changed back to freeserves dns.
i picked up receiver on phone and realised the call hadn't got thru, in the q3 settings i noticed phone number at bottom had an extra 1 at the start, delete this and try again
should start 1616...
