are you running any programs in the background?
if not then try cdirip the new one a dccopyworld.com in the utilities section it rips even dj3 images now
then burn the audio and iso in two seperate sessions using multisession

use either winoncd or cdrecord to do the audio and iso burning, cdrecord is really the best but you need to learn how to use it because it is dos based

Disc Juggler really is pickie about which recorders you use, espcially verion 3.x! I used to be able to burn Juggler images using my Philips 3610 at 2x, but the writer screwed up (common fault), so I switched to a Traxdata CDWR8432 - no luck at all.

However, Iv'e found that CLONE CD will copy self-boot/normal DC games, despite the fact that some of the self-booter take 20sec longer to get to the Sega logo screen (weird).

Alternatively there's a program called Cdi2nero.exe, that will convert a discjuggler image to Nero, but this has limited success. Iv'e also tried using Nero 5.x, but had no luck.

You can use Fire Burner and CDIRip, but the process is lenghty. Best to download a tutorial from the DC Copy World website: http://www.dccopyworld.com/

Hope this helps, all the best :-)
