DISK JUGGLER 2 and 3 with DC burn. Major error no one can help! Can U?

I get errors before I even burn. Heres what i do.
I have win2k with all updates and use hp8200i burner with all updates.
I have tried both mode 1 and 2 and audio TOC is on cd rom and have also tried CDDA. Block- i have tried 2352 and 2336. Offset is 0... Basically i have tried all different combinations. Nothing. I have 2 gigs of free space on teh HD and use an 80 minute cd. A good quality one.
Below is the error message i get ... its the log
I attached it. What is wrong?

The Cache goes to about 30% and then dies and i get the error message.

When I burn a dc cd I do the following:

cd image to cd recorder, choose the .cdi, put it on Mode1, Block - 2336, TOC - CdRom, Raw Write checked off, put it on Write, not Write and Verify, and click on start.

Ive tried that combo and i still get errors. I lost 4 disks already by doing a direct write. So now i do a test first. And no matter what settings i use , the cache meter only gets to about 30% and then dies and i get the error.
I can burn cds no problem using adaptec 4 with audio and other files.

Your burner does not have enough cache, you need a burner with at least 4mb cache, I had to buy a new burner, Sony is good.
