Earth wire? Grounding... hrm... yeah I'll have to double check that sort of thing, maybe the ground wire on the power plug is bad or something. *shrug*
I'll have to double check all the joints in the unit itself, but it's not worth TOO much time, since I can probably get another PSX base unit for $5-$10 at the local Electronics Boutique or some such.  - Gurm
