Can You or can you not create backups of dc games?

This is getting really confusing. In one post a guy says to get cdrwin and that will help you make backups. In another post a guy says you can't make your own backups. Just tell me can you or can you not make your own backups? and if yes what do I need to do it? and where can I find the stuff at?

no you can't make a backup of an original game whoever told you this about cdrwin is either a ####ing idiot or meant that you can backup a backup (not an original),
in order to rip your own games you need to serial connect your dc to your pc info on this can be found at dccopyworld.com in the utilities section you can find dreamrip software if you follow the link you will go to a guys page which has specs on a serial connector

IM sure the prblem is that you have been reading about Isos that you download. It is actually a bit harder to rip your own games... nearly impossible for some, thats what echelon is for
