ok so i am truly a pratt, i bought a lite on dvd writer, thought this would be handy to "back up" some of my ps2 titles, did a search on mod-chips and came across this so called wonder device "slide card" it has arrived in the post today, and after reading the instructions, (which were funnily enough not mentioned on said web site) it appears to be some sort of butchers device, i am more than a bit p***ed off, as i convinced three other peeps to stump up the cash for one of these each and would be most gratefull for any info you could give on a TRUE mod chip installer in essex area UK, or an objective outlook on the ease of installation by my good self as i am not afraid to use a soldering iron
