neos r old chips no one hardly use's them no more u might have to upgarde to a no solder or flip top if u want to swap and play all the newer games or if u want a solder chip i would get a new system if i was u b4 soldering a chip cause im sure the laser is about to die from that neo vist
www.ps2ownz.com u might find out more there on how to boot it they do got a cd loader for it that might make it work for u but never heard any one useing it on a neo
