$200 is not all that bad for a 250 gig - but then rememver shipping and crap - and what kind of drive who mades it - buffer size - and most importantly warrenty and support.
if 160g will do it for you - right now Staples has 160g Maxtor's on sale for $99 after rebate.
For one stop shopping I use zipzoomfly.com they have a few 200+ drives in the ~$200 price - free 2nd day shipping.
other than that - look at a service like
www.pricegrabber.com and do a web search. Ebay usuasy sucks for prices on new items, and best to get elsewhere. Remember the sellers on ebay have to pay a ebay fee so their prices on new wholesale items have a markup. For used items it's a different story.
