Actually all you need to do is patch. I dont have a tv which allows me to play PAL signals. But I do know how to patch.

Sometimes if you use blindwrite it puts too much data into the .bin file and that makes the size just a tad larger, thus throwing off the patch.

I have to use CDRWin in most cases to patch my games correctly.
