Not eneough info to go on. Is this with backups? DVD-R? Does an affending backup eventually boot? Is this when you switch on from cold or after playing a DVD movie or a PS1 game?

I assume that codebreaker is an original cd-based disc?
I'm facing the same problem using action replay max. (Set- V9 with magic V). Doing a cold start makes it a hit and miss thing. Chances of it loading from the browser is 1 : 10. However I've up the success rate by taping reset instead of loading it from the browser. Seriously I've not tested on other orginal cd-based ps2 disc. I feel that magic V makes loading cd-based PS2 disc a hit and miss thing. However having said that, Magic V works flawlessly with DVD-Based games, dvd movies and PS1 CD. I've got a 100% success rate booting them from the browser. If anyone could do more testing on it and provide a solution, it will be good. |
