yes, but the fact remains that an xbox, as a game machine, does not have a veriety of games for all ages like the ps2, or as much support from 3rd party developers. Yes they both have great games and chances are there are enouph good ones to play that will make you forget about the crappy ones, for both systems.

And xbox does have he best emulation, no contest. Old school systems play flawlessly and if it weren't for the 64mb limit on memory, it would play the larger mame roms just as fast.


And the xbox is durable until you move it. It has an hdd which is one of the most non-durable parts of a pc. You can drp the xbox 5 feet above the ground on a carpet floor and the hdd is likely to break. btw, the power supplies burn out from constant unpligging ang pluggin in (cracks the solder that hols the plug onto the power suply board).
