probs 1:1 dvd backups, diff files sizes

i checked disc size using boxExplorer , xbox tool
i just transfered it over to the e drive on the xbox harddrive and it works.
But it still wont work on dvd disc wtf, im using verbatim discs so i dont know why its not working.
