burning a 2 sided dvd onto one dvd?

After you shrink both files try using intervideo dvd copy plantinum to copy on the same disc. Heres a section from there help section.
I use this program to copy all my dvds with no problem.

M-DVD is advanced technology that allows you to merge multiple DVD titles into one DVD. The largest DVD title you can merge is 9.4G.
