How do you convert the cue + bin files to cd

use cdrwin
see the other posts for the proper settings (but i think the cuesheet should have all the proper data within it ie: mode type and other settings)
when you load the cue it tells the software what the bin is and burns it accordingly.
i have used cdrwin successfully
