you need these ports: (copied from german support page)
------------------ Für das Spiel :7777 - 7787 and 8777 - 8787 Incoming UDP Masterserver :40000-42000 UDP ubi.com und gameservice: 80, 2346,6667 ------------------ maybe u should ask your ISP if they block some of the ports.
