ps2 vertical vs horizontal

hi i was wondering what would be best,
ps2 on the ground horizontal
or on top vertically

In my opinion, vertical. Heat has the height in which to dissipate and is thus less concentrated. We had overheating problems inthe horizontal position.

As charlie says vertical is better for heat but horizontal is easier for disc swaps.

if you get the timming wrong the disc is still spinning and gets ejected like a tomahawk cruise missile across the room

Horizontal can also cause your gameshark2 to get scraped up on the bottom of the tray when swaping disc, Vertical is the best bet.

Vertical, you cant buy a PS2 then not having sitting in its pukka vertical stand, it was designed to play that way.
