rainbox six: 3 fails to boot?

hey all

anyone else having problems with rainbox six?
I backed it up fine and have tried various media (ritek & verbs) but it hangs at the green 'X'.

I reset my video to PAL from NTSC still no luck :-(

I reburnt it 6 times with no success.

any ideas?

what version bios are you using on the mod??

its the original bios, mine is a first genration Enigmah.

hmm, sounds like the game wasn't patched, or the IGR in evox need to be toggled off.

So, If you haven't patched the game, do so. If you have patched the game and you boot the game after evox, then try turning off the In Game Resets.

what do i patch the game WITH?

i've already attempted to use the XBE MEDIA PATCH (XBEPATCH) with no sucess, i've used 4 different types of dvdr also.

All other games work perfectly.

Mine is an Enigmah chip, can I even use 'EVOX'? or would it screw up my chip?

ps: tbh, I am amazed they didn't bring out a patch within the first few hours as many ppl have the same problems.
