NTSC/JAP to Pal converter

NTSC/JAP is the same as NTSC, so just say NTSC to Pal next time that way people dont get confused.

Since Im in the US I only use NTSC games. I also have a PAL to NTSC patch data that works with ADR patcher. But I dont have anything that does NTSC to PAL.

You may also want to reveal the name of your game or games that way maybe someone can find a patch for you.
