contact microsoft! Well to give you some hints. Restart the game in Safe-mode and uninstall the graphic card drivers...then restart the computer and then again run it in Safe-mode and install the graphic card driver again. If you lucky it will be installed correctly. Please do a virus scan of your hole computer before you do this. If you have virus or have recently been effectev, please format you computer and reinstall windows, and begin from scrath!
