Hmm, seems to me that the only thing you are doing wrong is the DJ3 bit. Download a copy of DJ2 and burn with that. It's better for DC games.
What CDwriter have you got m8? You may want to have a go at downloading the CloneCD version and burning that instead. At least it don't matter too much which version of CloneCD you have..... Try with both types and see what happens!
