Possible to install crack with the installation of a game?

Have a look at the contents of the cd - if the exe is there, try replacing it and installing. Sometimes this will work but on occasions the installation does a CRC check on the file so it will throw up an error.
If the exe is not visible, it is likely to be inside a .cab file. You can edit the contents of the cab files using a tool called i6comp - use the search button for instructions. Again however, you may receive a CRC error during install. Newer games have updated .cab files that i6comp doesn't handle.

Or as BD stated you could build an installer.
