There are many diffrences between +r and -r. -r are better for console use as older ps2s v4 to v1 couldnt load +r. Also -r are cheaper as well and burn quicker depending on your writer I would use +r maybe for backing up data but use -r there more compatiable. The best disks to use are verbatin tdk and ritec also bulkpaq are good for data and video not really for consoles --------------------------------------------------- Seaneyb2003
