Are you ripping the games or downloading off the internet?
the reason i ask is because soulcalibur2 is a dvd game not a cd game. you get a rolling screen because you are trying to play a PAL game on a NTSC tv that does not support a 50hz signal (if it did your game would be in b/w and the screen a little lowered).
