I have this problem alot on Win98. Even after i delete the files. When it says "the files are too big for the recycle bin, do you want to permantly delete them?" And you do.
Sometimes my computer still counts the file size. So i run Scan Disc. It always says something about "found files that are incomplete, they could be fragmented files, or just just files taking up space". Something like that.
I always say delete files. Then i get the space back. I think it has something to do with Win98 largest file size is 1gig. And DVD image file size, may cause a problem.
