Need help making Wacky Races selfboot.

Any help would be appreciated, I have tried the ECHELON method with no success. Is there some special hack that needs to be done to the 1ST_READ.BIN to make it selfboot? (like with F355 Challenge)

I was about to just give up but I thought I would post here first.

Thanks,
Noe.

Thanks,

I have the Kalisto (bin/cue) release also and bin2boot did the trick. I even tried to use AutoDummy to pad the bin a little before I used bin2boot and that also worked fine

I was actually able to use the bin2boot tool to selfboot some other games that I have had trouble with in the past:

Street Fighter 3 Double Impact
Rayman 2

I had to make bin/cue images of them first using CDRWIN but after that bin2boot made it easy.

NOTE #1: Using AutoDummy on Street Fighter 3 Double Impact seemed to make one of the games on the disc unplayable (it just would not load and stayed at a black screen when the game was selected). I believe it was the one on the left (Street Fighter 3). Fortunately, I did not really need to use AutoDummy on this game, it seemed to already have a large dummy file that took the game all the way up to 77 minutes after it was made selfboot with bin2boot. I was just being greedy and trying to get it up to 80 minutes

NOTE #2: Rayman 2 seems to have a real problem with non-Sega VMU memory cards. It could not save to my MadCatz memory card at all and caused all of the in-game menus to function very slowly. Fortunately, I had an old (dead battery) Sega VMU laying around so everything work fine now.

Thanks again,
Noe.
