All right, try the "hot swap method".

What you need:
1) An XBox modded and EvoX installed.
2) The BIOS you want flashed to your new X2 in C:\bios on your XBox HDD.
3) The new X2.

This is very easy and fast to do.
Power off your XBox and remove the cover, HDD and DVD-Rom drive, but do not disconnect them. Moved them out of the way so you have access to the X2 that is flashed and working. Boot your XBox and make sure it boots to EvoX. If it dose not, make sure the drives are still plugged in.

Now that EvoX is booted turn off your X2 with a switch or pull the jumper. Carefully unplug the the X2 from the wires and set it aside. Pick up the other X2 and make SURE the X2 and the BIOS enable is switched off or has its jumper pulled! Now carefully plug the new X2 in to the wires and put the jumpers/switch back on the On/off and BIOS enable. Your XBox should still be running in the EvoX screen. If so, make sure the new X2 is powered on and the BIOS enable is on also. Now go into the flash menu of EvoX and select the BIOS you want on the chip.

All done!
