Question about PAL & NTSC

I'm thinking of bying a DC and its a PAL system, so if I download ripped NTSC games, do I have to buy something extra to be able to play them.

So, if I mention downloading even though it is something I'm going to do by myself away from this place you cannot answer a question concerning another matter?

I was simply stating one way of getting ripped games.

this is getting silly so i will reask your question and answer it for you!!

question: i'm getting a new dreamcast and if i get some ntsc games that are backup's will i have to get anything else to play them

answer: it depends on the game, some games need patching so you can use them with a rgb lead but patches are available apart from that you should be ok!

You could ask like this!

Hello I livin Europe and I was wondering if there are any tools or extended tools that's allows me to play NTSC games. Becuase the games are much cheaper in US then here in Europe.

Why is it's sooo HARD!
