If you have one of those little "mirrors on a stick" that are common for peeking around inside of stuff like car engines or TV's...
You can see where it goes and plug it back in without disassembling much of anything. But, honestly you should just take the unit out of the case. Most of us have done it so many times now that it's become almost routing.  - Gurm
