i found a solution for this problem:
open ur ravenshield.ini in ur ravenshield\system folder
and change m_bValidActivationID=False to True.
this will stop asking the game for ur cdkey at all. still make sure ur internet-connection is disabled
i can now create a game but when i join either a team or spectator ill get another critical error
