If the Smashpack originally had Virtua Cop 2, can Segagen load Sega Saturn games?

The Virtua Cop 2 included in the Sega Smash Pack in NOT the Saturn version. It is the PC version. Also, it was ported not emulated (hence the Windows CE).

It's just like the Panzer Dragoon 1 included in Panzer Dragoon Orta for the Xbox. Many people think a Saturn emualtor is in PD Orta, it's just a PC port of the game.

It would take a very skilled person(s) to make a Saturn emualtor, especially Saturn emulated on another console.
