well, i guess there is a chance you will, and a chance that you won't get banned. Everyone I talk to that has tried has gotten banned. But since officespace reported that he has been doing it for 6 months proves that it can be done. It's all up to you whether you want to take the risk, or not.
In many faqs it says that in rare cases people have been able to get it to work, and not get banned. I simply say you cannot because your chances of not being banned is very, very, low. To me, the most reliable source of information is xbox-scene. So far that i've read, everyone who attempted to go online with a bacup game was banned within the week.
also, i have to say officespace67, if it truly works for you then consider yourself lucky. After the bios is loaded, it does not reset to the original until the xbox is resetted or powered off. Having bios with an eject fix on them will prove it.
