Well there are a few things you can do. First of buy a faster cd-r
Or (I think this may help) use dj 3.X. Yes it works. I use it all the time.

But since I think I havent answered your question correctly and Im
to lazy at the moment to reach all the way over to my mouse to
click the back button, Nor will I click backspace. If you realy want
to backup your backup to make another backup of your backup then
the just waste sometime riping it again. Go get some coffee, make
something to eat, watch tv, take a shower etc.
