I take it you've tried both "backup cd" cracks here ? I know, you're looking for a nocd, but sometimes megagames labels a nocd as a backup (fixed exe) crack, so you might want to try them anyway. If they don't work, you can always use Alcohol120% to run from the hard disk. Microsoft games are usually safedisc 2, so you can probably use Cirkutz's Mini Image Ripper to reduce the size of the image to 20Mb.
