You have read errors. This means the cd is too damaged to read at maximum speed. Solution may be 1) read in other cd drives, with Clonecd or Alcohol120%, or 2) specify the lowest read speed you can in Clonecd or Alcohol120%. This last thing might very well work, I saved five of my originals this way...
