well, to use the patch you need a program like ppf-o-matic, which can be found in the psx utility section of www.consolecopyworld.com. Unfortunately, my xbox is down at the moment (in peices) so I cannot try anything out. So, you are either supposed to patch the iso, or the default.xbe file with it. I am not sure which so you will just have to guess and check with a dvd-rw.
