HELP cant get metal plate off back of motherboard

I included a pic to show you what wont come off. I looked for a screw or something i may have mised but no luck. It just wont come off.

if u use the diagram as bighap give, and at the second last pic.

if it is a v7, there should be another screw between the link cable slot and the usb slot.... it is a big screw.

u must unscrew that in order to take that off.

yeah that screw is out. its a 39001/N but I dont think that matters
