street fighter 3 3rd strike

Hi!, same prob 4 me,

Forgive me for being a bit loopy,

I'm new to this - I take it to apply the above patch I have to Hex Ed my SF3 3rd Strike 1st_read.bin file and then "inject" it back into the CD image file which I burn...

Is there a tool to let me inject the patched file into the image file?

Or should I just Hex Ed the whole image file and search for those strings??

PS. I ran PAL Patcher 2.0a on my image and it found 50Hz Code, will patching this 50Hz -> 60Hz solve this RGB problem?
