Great list, for ferrari US I needed to do a certain hex string as there was no patch and ferrari jp must be patched, indeed, by a specific patch.
Also I managed to get an European release of NBA2k2 with 60hz selector once via some ftp and it doesn't have to be patched at all.... was it never officially released?
I'm sure the file was called e-nba2k2[60hz].
Could be a custom rip though.
Anyway there is a folder called "PAL" in it which contains PALE.vct along with 3 others PALF,PALG and PALS. Dunno if its of any help to find a solution to the 2k games problems.
